D. N. Kulkarni elected as President of Brahmin Sabha

Retired lecturer of Vidyamandir Junior College and social worker, D. N. Kulkarni, has been elected as the President of Ishwarpur Brahmin Sabha. The election was conducted unanimously in the recently held executive committee meeting. This tenure will be for three years.

Responding at the felicitation program organized after his election, Kulkarni said that the executive body must make extensive efforts to expand the reach of the Brahmin Sabha to all sections of society, so that overall social development can be achieved. He added that the Brahmin community has always contributed significantly to the nation’s development and that it is our duty to carry forward this tradition of patriotism with greater strength.

On this occasion, Vaibhav Urunkar, President of Sangli District Brahmin Sabha, was present as the chief guest. He said that for many years, D. N. Kulkarni Sir has been serving the community while shouldering various responsibilities of the Brahmin Sabha. His election as President is a matter of pride for all of us. The entire executive body will always stand with him in his future endeavors.

During the meeting, the newly elected executive committee was also announced. The new office-bearers are: Vice President – D. S. Kulkarni, Secretary – Mahesh Kaledhonkarr, Treasurer – R. R. Kulkarni, and Joint Secretary – Yogesh Borkar.

The executive members elected are: Rajeev Kulkarni, Mangesh Desai, Sandeep Kulkarni, Vaibhav Urunkar, Nilesh Kulkarni, Chinmay Mutalik, Santosh Kulkarni, Sanjay Kulkarni, and Avdhut Kamerikar.

The newly elected President D. N. Kulkarni and his team are receiving congratulations from all sections of society.
