Shehnaaz Gill, who rose to fame after participating in Bigg Boss 13, has been known for her close relationship with Bollywood star Salman Khan. Recently, the actress shared a surprising incident on The Kapil Sharma Show, where she disclosed that she had blocked Salman Khan’s number when he called to offer her a role in the film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan.
Shehnaaz narrated that she was in Amritsar when she received several calls from an unknown number. However, she decided to block the number as she didn’t want to attend the calls at that moment. Later, she discovered that it was Salman Khan who had tried to contact her. She quickly unblocked his number and called him back, after verifying the number using the Truecaller app.
Shehnaaz revealed how Salman Khan offered her the film during the call and expressed gratitude to him for the opportunity. She thanked him for trusting her with the role and recounted her experience of being rejected during the initial stages of her career. Shehnaaz added that her mother had always told her that she would one day star in a Salman Khan film.
Apart from Shehnaaz Gill and Salman Khan, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan stars Pooja Hegde, Raghav Juyal, Palak Tiwari, Jassie Gill, Siddharth Nigam, Vinali Bhatnagar, and Sukhbir. The film is set to release in theaters on April 21.
