LinkedIn User Questioned the Credibility of Sharks.

A Linkedin post has been creating chaos after the user posted an analysis of the losses made by the various companies run by the sharks in the Shark Tank India Season 2 .

Shark Tank India has been in limelight for being quite successful in its first season. The show helped people with the appealing pitches to raise funds and invest in their businesses.

In season 2 Ashneer Grover has been replaced with the CEO of Car Dekho Amit Jain. There has been a war or words happening on the Linkedin over how deserving the shark tank judges really are.

Ankit Uttam , the bestselling author on amazon, initially wrote about the financials analysis of the businesses run by the sharks. He stated in his analysis that some of the judges’ companies have been suffering with losses.

Vineeta Singh of Sugar Cosmetics reported a loss of Rs. 75 crore in the FY 22 up from 21.1 crores in the FY 21. Amit Jain’s Car Dekho reported a loss of 246.5 crores. Peyush Bansal’s Lenskart reported a loss of 102.3 crore for the FY 22 .

The LinkedIn user who posted all these analysis also posted that Namita Thapar is just like a product of Nepotism since the company Emcure Pharma is under the foundership of her father and not her . He stated in his post,” Its her father who started it and still is the CEO of the company .

Criticism Posts.

His this post has caused anger in many of the users. His post has got some criticisms . One of the user stated ,” You are discrediting Namita Thapar just because she had inherited the company from her father. By that logic , don’t you think promoters of all the top Indian conglomerates will be disqualified, including Ratan Tata and Mukesh Ambani. “

Another user stated,” I am not interested in how many losses these founders have faced. Success comes after failures. And if in India . Start ups are coming up ,we should be more supportive of the decision.
