Uttarakhand, with its five Lok Sabha seats – Almora, Garhwal, Nainital, Haridwar, and Tehri Garhwal – is a crucial battleground for the elections. The BJP aims to secure over 51 percent of the votes in these constituencies.
The decision to hold rallies in Uttarakhand was made during the State Working Committee meeting. The party plans to run an aggressive campaign from the booth level to the Lok Sabha constituencies.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami expressed confidence in the BJP’s progress in Uttarakhand. He believes the party will win all five Lok Sabha seats in the state. Dhami praised Prime Minister Modi’s work and expects a greater mandate in the upcoming elections.
The State Working Committee meeting, held in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, primarily focused on the state’s Lok Sabha elections. The participants discussed the upcoming countrywide Mass Contact Campaign, starting on May 30, and other election preparations.
The BJP aims to strategically mobilize support and consolidate its position in Uttarakhand. With prominent leaders leading the charge, the party will actively rally voters in the state.
