Introduction
The recent hit-and-run case in Delhi has been making headlines for weeks now. On New Year’s night, a 20-year-old girl, Anjali, was killed when her scooty was hit by a speeding car. The driver of the car, Nidhi, fled the scene and was later arrested. Since then, there have been numerous developments in the case. This article will analyze the events that have taken place and provide an overview of the current situation.

Background Information
At around 2:30 am on New Year’s night, Anjali was returning home from a party on her scooty when she was hit by a speeding car. The driver of the car, Nidhi, fled the scene and was later arrested. Initially, Nidhi claimed that she was drunk at the time of the incident and had no recollection of what had happened. However, new CCTV footage has been obtained that shows Nidhi outside of Anjali’s house at 2.30 am. This contradicts her earlier claim that she was not present at the time of the incident. Furthermore, Anjali’s uncle has stated that he believes Nidhi’s claim of her being drunk to be a conspiracy.

Current Status of Investigation
At present, the police are still investigating the case and are trying to determine if there were any other people involved in the incident or if it was just Nidhi who was responsible for Anjali’s death. They are also looking into whether or not any laws were broken in connection with this case.

Other Evidence Found
In addition to CCTV footage, other evidence has been found in this case such as eyewitness accounts from people who were present at the scene of the accident as well as phone records from both Anjali and Nidhi that show their locations at the time of the incident.

Conclusion
The Delhi hit-and-run case is still ongoing and it remains to be seen what will happen next. It is clear that there are still many unanswered questions surrounding this case and it will be interesting to see how it unfolds in the coming weeks
