The 12th Union Bank of India Thane Half Marathon 2026 was a massive success.

Thane came alive with unstoppable energy as over 12,000 runners — elite athletes, corporate teams, students, seniors and fitness lovers — stormed the streets on Sunday, 8th February 2026.

Flagged off by fitness legend Milind Soman and Mr. Asheesh Pandey, MD & CEO, Union Bank of India, the race exploded with electric energy at TMC Ground, Hiranandani Estate, Thane. Adding to the thrill, both icons laced up and hit the roads themselves — Milind powering through the 10 km challenge with his signature grit, while Mr. Pandey inspired thousands by completing the 4 km. The momentum carried into fierce battles on the 21 km Half Marathon and 10 km routes — elite performances that lit up the morning!

From intense battles in the 21 km Half Marathon and 10 km Challenge to joyful strides in the 4 km Fun Run, the spirit of fitness, endurance and community shone bright.

Top-notch safety ensured every runner thrived: expert medical teams, physiotherapists, ambulances, hydration stations, and dedicated volunteers lined the route.in this half marathon Daji hubale came first, his timing was 01:07:34, second was vishal kambire his timing was 1:11:34, suraj zore came third his timing was 01:12:25, in half marathon female category Amrita patel came first, her timing was 01:23:27,second was prajakta godbole her timing was 01:31:12, manisha joshi came third her timing was 01:40:03
