The chief of Dera Sachcha Sauda was sentenced for 20 year jail for raping his two disciples and who is currently serving his sentence has been granted a 40 day parole which comes after his last parole just three months before.
He was granted a similar parole three months earlier. The Rohatk’s Divisional Commissisoner Sanjeev Verma stated about it to PTI over phone,” the parole has been granted for 40 days . It has been granted as per rules.
According to the information, he has been granted this parole to celebrate the birth anniversary of Shah Satnam , says Ranjit Singh, Haryana Jail Minister. He further stated,” The Dera’s Chief Family have submitted an application to the jail authorities seeking month long parole for Ram Rahim on his behalf but it will be decided by the court and commissioner for how many days he will get parole for and where will he stay during this time . “
The Dera’s Chief was granted the parole in front of the Haryana Panchayat Election and Adampur Assembly bypoll . He was also granted a parole for a month on 17th of June.

The case.
Going a little back in time in 2017, Ram Rahim was convicted for raping two of his women followers by special CBI Court in Panchkula , August 2017. Since then , he has been in the prison in Haryana’s Sunaria Jail . It was alleged that a village resident of Khanpur Kolian , Kurukshetra was murdered on 10 July 2002 . After the investigation, CBI filed a case against six accused people. Ram Rahim and four others were convicted in this case.
