“My wife has been my anchor and my protector,” he said. “She’s the one who has been there for me through thick and thin, through the ups and downs, and she’s been a total rock for me.” Harry also spoke about his experiences of trauma and how it had shaped his life. He said that he had been “carrying Harry opened up about the importance of talking about mental health and trauma and encouraged people to seek help and support if they were struggling. He said that it was important to talk about the issues, as it can help to create a better environment for everyone.

“There is a lot of shame and embarrassment attached to mental health and trauma, but it doesn’t have to be that way,” he said. “We can all learn from each other and create an environment where we can all thrive, if we are willing to open up and talk about it with each other.”

The Duke of Sussex also spoke about the importance of self-care, saying that it was important to take the time to look after yourself and to do what makes you happy.

Prince Harry’s words of support and encouragement are sure to resonate with many, and his openness about his own experiences of trauma and mental health will hopefully help to break down the stigma attached to these issues.
