People Killed In Nepal Plane Crash

A shocking yet tragic news of a plane getting crashed from Kathmandu to Pokhra . There were 72 people on board when the plane got crashed.

Details Of The Accident.

A shocking news of a tragedy has surfaced the internet. A Nepal passenger plane met with a crash on Nepal this morning .

The plane was flying from Nepal’s Kathmandu to Pokhra when the accident took place . There were 72 people on board during this tragedy . The plane was a twin engine ATR 72 aircraft operated by Nepal’s Yeti Airlines . The 72 people included 4 crew members.

After the crash, over 66 bodies have been retrieved from the accident place . Al Jazeera, Nepal’s police spokesperson said that till now no survivor have been found among the people. An emergency has been called by the Prime Minister of Nepal Pushpa Kamal. A government statement stated she called an urgent cabinet meeting after the plane crash.

He expressed his grief on the this tragic accident . He posted on twitter,” I am deeply saddened by the sad and tragic accident of Yeti Airlines ANC ATR 72 which was flying from Kathmandu to Pokhara with passengers.”

He further stated, ” I sincerely appeal to the security personnel , all agencies of the Nepal government and the general public to start an effective rescue.”

A local official , Gurudutta Dhakal stated,” Responders have already reached there and trying to douse the fire . All agencies are now focused on first dousing the fire and rescuing the passengers.

From the statement of the PM it can be noted that the Nepal government is trying to do their best to have this situation in their control and they have been trying to retrieve the bodies.

Videos can also be seen that captured the airplane crashing . The videos show that the plane getting out of control and spinning violently and then falling off and crashing.
