Eight cheetahs were found to be at Kuno national park. They were flown from southern Africa to Madhya Pradesh. Hepaterenal infection is associated with kidney and liver infection. Shasha was the female cheetah that was found in Kuno national park, Madhya Pradesh.

Shasha is being treated and quarantined its an infection, not a disease. The cheetah was brought to India by the facility known as the cheetah conservation fund, which is in Namibia. Shasha has undergone through vaccination a month later when she underwent the health screening in August 2022. Narendra Modi attended the event where a total of 8 cheetahs were released into the enclosures. Shashas was born on April 1,2018.
Officials have said that the shasha’s condition is improving as she has been quarantined for some time. Recovery time will be taken by her. More cheetahs would be arriving at the Kuno Palpur National Park in Madhya Pradesh soon, said Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan.
A total of eight cheetahs were released into the park in September last year as part of an ambitious project to revive the extinct cheetah population in the country.
