In a significant development in the ongoing legal battle surrounding the Krishna Janmabhoomi case, the Sanatana Dharma Parishad has stepped forward to file a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) in support of the Hindu community.Jagadguru  Dr. Rajeev Menon, representing the Parishad, addressed the media in Madhura, expressing their stance and seeking resolution in a spirit of unity.

The PIL, filed by the Sanatana Dharma Parishad, underscores the importance of the disputed land in Madhura as the birthplace of Lord Krishna, a revered figure in Hinduism. Jagadguru Dr. Rajeev Menon emphasized the cultural and historical significance of the site for the Hindu community, calling for support from all quarters.

In a surprising move, the Sanatana Dharma Parishad extended an olive branch to the Muslim community, making a humble request for the handover of Madhaura and Gyanvapi Masjid. Jagadguru Dr. Rajeev  Menon highlighted that, according to their perspective, these structures are not directly connected to Prophet Mohammed Nabi and Khalifas.

“The birthplace of Lord Krishna holds immense spiritual value for Hindus, and we believe it is crucial to honor and preserve our cultural heritage. We respectfully request our Muslim brothers and sisters to consider relocating the worship site, as this gesture will foster unity between the two communities,”Jagadguru  Dr. Rajeev Menon stated.

The Parishad’s plea is rooted in the belief that, while the disputed site holds profound religious significance for Hindus, it serves primarily as a place of worship for the Muslim community. Jagadguru Dr. Rajeev Menon underscored the democratic nature of India and its diverse population, urging for understanding and cooperation.

The Sanatana Dharma Parishad’s initiative aims at creating a harmonious coexistence between the Hindu and Muslim communities. As the legal proceedings continue, the call for unity resonates, offering a unique perspective on resolving the complex issues surrounding the Krishnajanmabhoomi case.
