Bengaluru-Delhi Flight Leaves 50 Flyers and Takes Off.

News agency ANI stated “the DGCA on Tuesday took the airline to task and asked why enforcement action should not be taken against them for dereliction of their regulatory obligations.” a senior officer stated that there will be a report drawn on the case and an appropriate action will be taken .

After this incident , the airlines had also apologized to the passengers who could not enter in the plane. They also said that an “inadvertent oversight” in the flight reconciliation led to this incident.

Many passengers at the airport had complained that they have not been taken in the flight . The flight took off leaving them behind. The passengers had been waiting in a shuttle bus to board the plane.

After these complaints, the reports stated that the airline had arranged a separate flight for the forgotten passengers left behind after realizing their mistake.

The flight that was originally supposed to take those passengers was flight G8 116 (BLR-DEL).

After this incident of abandoning the passengers took place, many of the flyers expressed their grievances through social media . A passenger named Shreya Sinha tweeted “most horrifying experience with @gofirstairways 5:35 am boarded the bus for aircraft 6:30 am still in bus stuffed with over 50 passengers, driver stopped the bus after being forced. Flight G8 116 takes off, leaving 50+ passengers. Heights of negligence.”

Many other passengers tweeted their complaints to which the airlines apologized to them. Another passenger tweeted ” flight G8-116 flew leaving passengers on the ground. More than 50 passengers on 1 bus were left on ground .Flight took off with just passengers of 1 bus on boarded. Is the go first airways operating in sleep ? no basic checks “. The airlines responded to his complaint with an apology . They further stated that they will assist him as early as possible.
