Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the occasion of the 100th episode of his monthly radio program “Mann ki Baat” on Saturday. Gates took to Twitter to express his admiration for the regular broadcast and its positive impact on the community. He praised the program for catalyzing community-led action on sanitation, health, women’s economic empowerment, and other issues linked to the Sustainable Development Goals.

PM Modi’s “Mann ki Baat” program has become a significant platform for the government to connect with citizens and communicate its initiatives and policies. It has also become a forum for citizens to voice their concerns and share their experiences.

The 100th episode of the program is set to air on April 30, and to commemorate the occasion, the Indian government has organized several events, starting with a National Conclave on Mann Ki Baat. The government will also release a special Rs 100 coin to mark the occasion. This coin will be different from regular coins and will feature a microphone and the year 2023 on it.

The coin will have a diameter of 44mm and will be made of four metals – 50% silver, 40% copper, 5% nickel, and 5% zinc. The front of the coin will feature the Ashoka Pillar, and “Satyamev Jayate” will be written below it. “Bharat” will be inscribed in Devnagari on the left side, while “INDIA” in English will be written on the right side. The coin will also have the Rs symbol and “100” engraved on it.

In addition to these features, the coin will also have a symbol of the 100th episode of Mann Ki Baat, featuring a picture of a microphone with sound waves. “Mann Ki Baat 100” will be written in Hindi and English on the coin. The total weight of the coin will be 35 grams.

The government’s decision to release a commemorative coin highlights the significance of the “Mann ki Baat” program and its impact on Indian society. The program has been instrumental in driving community-led action on important issues, and the government’s recognition of this achievement through the release of a special coin is a testament to its success.

The 100th episode of “Mann ki Baat” marks a significant milestone for the program, and its impact on Indian society is likely to continue to grow in the years ahead.
