Shark Tank Season 2: Peyush Bansal Offers Blank Cheque.

The Season 2 of the Shark Tank India has gained quite the interest of the viewers. There have been so many interesting pitches by the people. Some have gained the interest of the sharks and thus were able to get the investments from them whereas some people could not.

For the first time in the history of Shark Tank India , an entrepreneur gets an open offer from the sharks at the current episode of the Shark Tank Season 2. Peyush Bansal is seen giving out a blank cheque after listening to his pitch.

In the upcoming episode of the shark tank season 2, an entrepreneur Kalpit Patel was seen pitching for his electric car brand . He is the founder of the said product. The sharks- Peyush Bansal, Anupam Mittal, Namita Thappar, Aman Gupta and Vineeta Singh were impressed. They stated that this car product can bring a revolutionary change in the electric car market.

His Pitch.

During his pitch on the car, Kalpit stated that the vehicle is an easy everyday car ‘. He further stated, in exchange for 1 percent equity , he asked for Rs. 1 crore from the sharks. He stated,” I visited a lot of garages and I opened a lot of cars and saw what is inside of them.”

He also showed how the electric car can be operated by an app and it can also be operated even if a person is not sitting in the car. Peyush Bansal was very intrigued by the pitch . On one hand Aman Gupta can be seen asking if the car would be cheaper than a CNG run car . Kalpit replied, “Yes sir , it would function at 50 Paise per Kilometre”.

the Sharks loved the pitch of Kalpit. Namita Thappar offered Rs. 70 lakh for the exchange of 5 percent of equity. Aman and Vineeta gave a joint offer. There is another promo video of the episode. It shows that Peyush tells Kalpit, “You had come for Rs. 50 lakhs. You take as much valuation you want for as much amount you want.”
